The following information is to help you understand our Shipping and Handling policies. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, add or remove portions of this policy at any time. We will post these changes on this page. These changes are effective upon posting. We request that you read and understand our shipping and handling policies and consult them as needed. Delivery times, days and dates are subject to change, based upon the prevailing loads of our carriers. Our rates are determined by the prevailing and changing rates of our carriers. Your use of this site constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of our policies and any changes that we make. You affirm that you have read our policies and when you make a purchase from us, you agree, consent, understand and acknowledge our policies. We will notify you if any items are back-ordered or out of stock. We reserve the right to cancel any item at any time. For over-sized or heavy items the shipping charges will reflect the weight and/or size.
Note: For items shipped within the state of FL there will be an additional sales tax of 6.50% added to the total amount of the purchase.

USPS, UPS, FED EX & DHL. It is at our discretion to choose the best way to get your items to you. Some of our items come directly from our manufacturers (this saves you time & money), so they will choose the carrier that best will get the items to you. Items are generally traceable. WE DO NOT ACCEPT C.O.D.s.
Shipping & Delivery Times:
- Most items take 1-8 business days to be shipped to you. Some personalized items may take longer (2-4 weeks) because they are made for you! Holidays and weekends are excluded in the counting of days.
- Pre-Orders: from time to time we may offer you the ability to pre-order an item. Payment will be made at the time of the order and an anticipated ship date will be noted with in the product description.
- Most packages arrive at their destinations without incident. Please remember that we do not drive the delivery trucks! If a package is delayed or lost by the carrier, we are not liable. Please call us if this does occur so that we can help you locate your shipment.
- Your purchase will arrive after the estimated BUSINESS days have elapsed. Holidays and weekends are excluded from this counting of days.
- We also disclaim any and all liability for the carrier failing to adhere to delivery times and dates.
- If there is a shipping delay that we are notified of, we will send you an email with that information.
- Back-orders: if you item is on back-order or if you receive a notice that your item is on back order, you may request a cancellation via EMAIL as long as your item has not been shipped to you. Some items are so popular that they are often out of stock and come back in stock very quickly!
- Shipping Errors: If an incorrect item has been shipped to you (please obtain an RA # be fore you return the item), upon the receipt of your return we will re-ship the correct item at no charge and issue you a store credit for the return shipping of the incorrect item. There is no restocking fee for this error. RETURNS WITHOUT AN RA# WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- Expedited or Express Shipping or Ship by Date: These shipping options are available by request only. We suggest that you either email us or phone us to make this request. We adjust your shipping and handling costs to reflect this service. We do not offer “Ship by Date.”
- We process each order individually and we make every effort to note any comment that you have made. Please do not rely on the comment section for special services: EMAIL or PHONE us.
- Holidays are our busiest times, please allow for shipping delays and order early.
