We at www.DressedUpDogs.com want your shopping experience to be great. We want every customer to be happy with their purchase and receive a brand new item! You have 3 days to call us for a Return # from the date your order was delivered and 13 days to complete a return to us (starting with time you received the goods.)
Items: Excluded from this return policy:
- Custom or Hand made orders.
- Carriers, beds, blankets or dens: due to health regulations we can not accept these items back unless they are damaged or defective. PLEASE SIZE your pets before making your final decision. Thank you.
- SPECIALS: because they are already on sale, they are considered a “Final Sale” unless they are defective or damaged.
- Treats, foods or other perishable items. While we do not offer food items at this time, we may from time to time have a special including these types of items.
- Plush Toys: We can not guarantee that your pet will not destroy a toy. We can not determine the play level of aggression demonstrated by your pet and therefore plush toys are non-returnable.
- Used items: If your returned item(s) shows: signs of wear, stains, dirt, excess pet hair, stretched, washed, chewed, holes/rips, broken safety seals on bottled items or jars, these items will not be accepted as a return.
Once you obtain RA # you will have 10 days in which to return the item to us. You can choose to mark your return:
“Return only” or “exchange” (when available) on the returned packing slip. You will either receive a store credit, a refund to your payment source or an exchange (if the price is higher on the exchanged item you will be charged for that difference.)
- All items must have an RA# issued from www.DressedUpDogs.com and must be returned to us within 13 days from the time of receipt of the item.
- NO RETURNS AFTER 13 (thirteen) DAYS.
- Refunds will be issued for defective products only minus shipping charges. You may choose either a refund to your payment source or a store credit.
- Refunds will be issued to the form of payment (or in the form of a store credit) used to purchase the original item minus a 20% restocking charge minus shipping fees.
- All returned items must be unused and in original package.
- We strongly recommend that you obtain a delivery confirmation for proof of return delivery to us to assure proper credit to your account.
- Exchanges for mis-sized garments returned in original condition and packaging may be made at the discretion of www.DressedUpDogs.com products and availability of the item. Please size your pets by using our sizing guide and speaking with us. Thanks.
- Without prior authorization, returns will not be accepted.
If you opt for a store credit and we have received your return back, you will receive that credit in your online account on our site. This credit will be good for 6 (six) months from the time it was issued. Please check to make sure that your account is properly credited and email us or phone us if it is not.
