Pets are like small children in many ways and like small children need to be monitored. We do not recommend that you leave your pets unattended in any article of clothing, jewelry, hats, etc. where they can not free themselves if necessary. Watch how they react to the items you have put on them. Look for tears in toys or clothing. These are places your pets can get tangled.
3. How do I size my pet?
Pet Products: Sizing
We recommend that you carefully measure your pets and that you follow the appropriate sizing guides. Pets vary in size even within the same breed, thus we recommend that you individually size your pet. We offer the best guides to sizing that we can obtain from our manufacturers. You are responsible for choosing the right size garment, carriers, pen, carriages, harnesses, collars, etc for your pets. Our “breed” sizing is only a general guide line and does not mean that all pets of that breed type will fit into that item.
4. What carrier do I choose for an Airline?
Remember that airline approved soft carriers generally “squash” down to fit under the cabin seats. Keep this in mind when you are anticipating an airline flight with your pet. Each airline has different requirements for pet travel. Check with your specific carrier to make sure that the carrier selection you choose will be acceptable to that carrier. Many airlines will not allow a pet over 23 pounds in the cabin, exceptions are SERVICE DOGS.

We endeavor to have accurate information at all times on this site but we are subject to errors and omissions and are not liable for same.
6. What about your coupon and sale policy?
We have various offers that include:” Donate to a Shelter or Rescue Program”, gift certificates, discounts, coupons and sales. All of these offers are through an email, a direct link or a coupon code on the website. You are responsible for adding that code to your shopping cart. It will not take effect any other way and will not be honored after the sale is completed.

7. Can I get a Gift Certificate?
You can either get or receive a gift certificate. You will get this via Email. If you receive a Gift Certificate your must use it within the stated time frame. It has NO Cash or Credit Value other than for use on this site. You can not combine a gift Certificate with a Coupon.
8. What do I need to purchase or ship an item?
Customer Information: We need a clear and real shipping address, a valid email address and a phone number. To best serve you and get your products to you in a timely fashion, we request these. We do not ship to APO/FPO or International destinations without prior approval and at additional fees.
9. Do you have a price guarantee?
Our prices are subject to change and we do not guarantee sale prices if you come back at a later date.
10. What if I order multiple items?
If you order several items and one is out of stock, we will ship what we have to you. You will be notified through email of the status of your order.

14. What happens to undeliverable parcels?
Any package that is returned for the following reasons: “refused,” Unclaimed”, “Invalid Address”, “unknown Address” or “insufficient address” will be subject to:
A duplicate shipping fee plus $5.00. If we are forced to cancel the order for these reasons and not re- deliver it to a proper address, you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee, plus shipping fees & handling fees. The rest will be refunded to your form of payment.

16. What happens with a Back-Order or a Discontinued item?
We ship Back orders as soon as they are available to us. We provide you with email or phone notice of a back order and where we can, approximate shipping date. If your item becomes discontinued and a newer version is available at the same price, we reserve the right to ship that to you. If we have a comparable item available we will notify you and you may choose to accept it or a refund. If there is no substitute you will receive a full refund.
